Edition 78 — October 5th, 2025

They came for business hacks. But this is what we gave them…

So yes, they came for hacks.
But they left with something much deeper.

This week, we finished the last session of a four-month Focus Group sprint.

I’ve run sprints for years.
Four months. Small group. Intense focus.
It always worked, but the impact was always short term, depending in willpower.

This one was different.

I felt it. Everyone did.
I changed. They changed.
This new approach to business coaching… it works.

People came for strategy. For clarity. For growth.
But what they found went way beyond that.

One person said, “I didn’t even know what I was signing up for, because you didn’t tell us, Marko. But it changed my life.”

Another said, “I found my voice.”
“I found myself.”
“I’m not lost anymore.”

Someone else said, “Our clients finally listen to us. We lead now.”

And then more voices:
“For the first time, I feel like I belong.”
“I’m more confident.”
“I’m more social. I actually like being around people now.”

No one expected that.

Not even me.

We built the Focus Group to work on the business, positioning, growth, narrative.

But somewhere in the process, it became something else.
A place to work on yourself, not just your business.

It was intentional, yes. But the outcome? Unexpected.

And that’s the Paradiso effect.

Because creativity isn’t just what we do.
It’s how we live.
You can’t separate the work from the human behind it.
And when you change the human… the work follows.

That’s what every founder, every studio owner, every artist discovered.
They came for tactics.
They found transformation.
A reset.

Now we’re starting Season Two.

Fifteen spots. Six already gone before we even mentioned it.

This isn’t about scaling.
It’s about rediscovery
Building again, but this time, on your own terms.

We’ve seen what happens when people slow down, reconnect, and remember why they started.

They build better businesses.
They lead with clarity.
They create from truth, not pressure.

That’s the foundation of Paradiso.
And the Focus Group is where it begins.

It’s where we test, listen, and watch people change right in front of us.

It’s where we prove that creativity still has a heart.

Because when you bring people together with honesty and intention, they don’t just find ideas.

They find themselves.

This is what we’re building.
With you.
With every creative who’s ready for more than another quick fix or another hack that never works anyway.

They came for business.
They left with something deeper.
And that’s why Paradiso exists.

The reset has already begun.
If you’re ready to join, reach out.

We start in November.

Will there be a third season? Maybe. Maybe not.

But here’s the truth.
You won’t be in a better place next year.
That’s the lie you keep telling yourself.

You’ll be in a better place four months from now, if you start in November.

P.S. DM me. You have nothing, to loose.
